Room is clean, but not bright enough.
Your location map says Ujangsan which is wrong!!!! It is Kkatchisan (5mins walk) and cost me a cab ride to from Ujangsan. Thanks to the helpful Korean worked in a convenience store. The cab ride was a problem as the drivers had no English at all. The hotel website should include the correct map as printed on the back of the hotel business card, with all words in English for me and in Korean for showing to cabdrivers. Do not book this hotel, if you dont have the hotel address in Korean.

Price
Booking was processed correctly ,however,it was not clear how far the hotel was from the centre of Seoul. Travel time on the Metro was more like 1 hr to the old town. Customer service is below standard acceptable to us.Reluctance to help was unacceptable to us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location was fantastic - close to several subway stations and within easy reach of convenience stores, making it convenient for grabbing snacks or essentials. Secondly, the staff were exceptional - polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Thirdly, the rooms were well-equipped, with modern amenities including automatic bidets, and were surprisingly spacious. Finally, the breakfast offered a varied selection with excellent choices to suit all tastes.
No improvements needed - everything was just perfect.

The hotel was conveniently located near the subway station and airport, making it easy to get around. the room was spacious and had modern amenities, such as a big screen TV and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. the staff was friendly and spoke good English, making check-in a breeze.
The bathroom did not have a door, making it less than ideal for sharing a room with someone who was not a significant other. the breakfast was lacking in variety, offering mainly basic options such as toast and cereal.

The hotel was located near a metro station which was convenient for our business meetings. The staff was friendly and provided helpful information about the area. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the coffee and tea provided in the room.
The ventilation system seemed to spread cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, which was unpleasant. the towels were not replaced regularly and we had to request for more every day.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really good experience. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently located near Gimpo Airport and Hwagok station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel itself was near a CU convenience store, which was really convenient for grabbing any essentials I needed. Another positive aspect was the service provided by the staff. They were courteous and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and had basic amenities, including an automatic bidet, which was a nice touch. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying, giving me a great start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was a pleasant one.
